We want you to absolutely love your LE DOURÉ piece. But if it’s not quite right, no worries — we’re here to help.

✅ Returns Eligibility

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@ledoure.com

  • Then, you have another 14 days to return it

  • Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and original packaging

  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons

  • The customer pays return postage

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

🧾 Refunds

  • Processed within 2 working days of receiving your return

  • It may take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account

🔧 Faulty or Damaged Items?

  • Email us with clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery

  • If confirmed faulty, we will offer a one-time replacement

📮 Return Tip

If you're returning via standard post, request proof of postage. We can’t take responsibility for lost returns without tracking.
