We offer worldwide delivery with secure and tracked shipping options. All orders are packed with care and dispatched from the UK.

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed in 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

❗ Customs & Duties

  • International customers: Please note that your country may apply customs/import charges. These are out of our control and the customer’s responsibility.

🚚 Missed Delivery?

  • Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection if no one is home.

🔄 Incorrect Shipping Address?

  • Let us know ASAP via support@ledoure.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll update it. If it's already on the way, we can’t make changes.

 

✨ Discounts & Promo Codes

From time to time, we’ll share special promo codes — a little thank you for being part of the LE DOURÉ community.

Here’s how they work:

  • Only one promo code can be used per order.

  • Promo codes must be applied at checkout and can’t be added afterwards (unless clearly stated).

  • Each code may have its own expiry date, spend limits, or product exclusions, which we’ll always mention when we share it.

  • Max spend per order using a promo code is £1500 (pre-discount).

  • Promo codes are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and for personal use only.

  • If your code has expired or is lost, we’re not able to replace it — so keep it safe!

  • Please don’t share your unique codes publicly unless we’ve said it’s okay (like a referral code). Misuse could result in cancellation of the code or suspension of your account.

  • If there’s ever a technical issue or misuse (like tampering, fraud, or bugs), we reserve the right to cancel or amend promo codes at any time.
